At Tessera, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you purchase a Memory Book from Tessera and are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund or a replacement.
 
Privacy Policy
We value you as a customer and absolutely respect your privacy.  When you order a Memory Book from Tessera, we collect only the information we need to process your order. If you would’ like to know about new Tessera products and promotions, just sign up via the website and we will gladly keep you in the loop.  But rest assured, we will never share your personal information or email address with any third party.
 

Secure Payment Using Your Credit Card
Tessera accepts all major credit cards -- including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  All purchases are processed utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, encrypting your credit card information and ensuring that all your shopping on tesserapublishing.com is safe and secure. 
 
Using PayPal to Make a Purchase
You may use PayPal for your purchase.  Simply email your order details to sales@tesserapublishing.com and include your authorized PayPal email address.  We will send a "Request for Payment" from our PayPal account.

Shipping
Most orders are on their way to you within three business days of being received and are shipped via UPS Ground -- usually arriving within three to five days.  We will send you an email when an order is received and one with UPS Tracking information when it is shipped.  There is a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping to any location in the United States.  Additional shipping charges may be added for non-US sales.

Returns and Exchange Policy
