What is your shipping policy for international orders?

If you would like your order to be shipped to an address outside of the United States please contact us by using our contact form. All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. For orders under 5 pounds, the shipping cost to Canada is $40.00 (US). The shipping cost to Europe and Asia is $50.00 (US). For packages over 5 pounds, there may be additional costs.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $75. All other orders are shipped with a flat rate fee of $5. Packages are sent via USPS Priority and are usually shipped within two business days of being received. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is received and another email with USPS tracking information when your order is shipped.

I am having difficulty getting my Screw Posts open. Are there any tricks?

Sometimes the screw posts can be stubborn. We suggest you use your thumb to push into the "T" side of the screw post while using a flat-head screw driver to unscrew the opposite side of the screw post. Be sure to turn the screw driver in a counter-clockwise direction (to the left) to unscrew.
